Training for every age and experience level — from first-timers to competitors
Our Kids Program is structured around three age groups, each with a curriculum designed to build confidence, coordination, and character through BJJ fundamentals.
Introduction to movement, mat awareness, and basic grappling concepts in a fun, safe environment built for the youngest learners.
Core BJJ techniques, positional awareness, and partner drilling. Students develop discipline and focus while learning to work as part of a team.
Higher-intensity instruction that bridges youth and adult BJJ. Teens learn competition-ready techniques and develop mental resilience on the mat.
Designed specifically for those new to BJJ. No experience is required — just the willingness to learn. The Beginners Class covers foundational solo drills including falling, hip movement, and stand-ups, building the motor patterns every BJJ practitioner needs.
The Fundamental Class is the backbone of our curriculum and is open to all levels, from white belt to black belt. It focuses on the most important techniques in BJJ, ensuring every student has a solid base to build upon.
The Advanced Class is designed for students who are ready to elevate their game. Open to 4-stripe white belts and above, this 1 hour 15 minute session is higher intensity with more live rounds than the Fundamental class.
Train in shorts and a rash guard. No-Gi BJJ removes the grip advantages that come with a gi and demands faster, more dynamic technique. Our No-Gi class covers the full BJJ curriculum without a uniform.
Built for students who want to test their skills on the competition mat. The Competition Class prioritizes live training, game-plan development, and mental preparation under pressure-tested conditions.
